Au Pair Support

Who is Au pair Support

Legal competence and advisory experience
Au pair Support is part of the Danish Refugee Council (Dansk Flygtningehjælp) - a private, humanitarian organisation working independently of the authorities. The support team is housed in the Danish Refugee Council's head office in Copenhagen. The advisory service is manned by a team of experienced lawyers with extensive knowledge of the au pair scheme and residency conditions for foreigners in Denmark.

Au pair Support offers assistance in answering questions
Au pair Support's aim is to prevent misunderstandings and conflicts between au pairs and their host families – and contribute with solutions should they occur. We have experience in counselling and mediating in case of disagreements where language and cultural differences may play a role.

Au pair Support practises professional confidentiality
Every employee at Au pair Support has an obligation to observe confidentiality. This means that you can discuss anything with us - including confidential information which you do not want the other party in the au pair relationship, the authorities or others to know about.
