How to contact Au pair Support
Both au pairs and host families can get advice and guidance from Au pair Support. Our phone counselling is open Monday - Friday from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. You can also visit our open counselling without prior appointment on Fridays from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm in Borgergade (see map). You can also send questions and get answers by email on contact@aupairsupport.dk.
Present all over the country
The Au pair Support team is housed in the Danish Refugee Council head office in Copenhagen. Through the Danish Refugee Council's 17 Lærdansk language centres, 3 local offices and 7 voluntary advisory services, you can get individual advice all over the country.

If you are not satisfied with our counselling
Our ambition is to offer counselling at the highest professional level and we always strive to improve the quality of the counselling.
Therefore you have a possibility to send a letter of complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the counselling or guidance by Au pair Support, then you can send a motivated letter of complaint to Danish Refugee Council. You may for instance find that the counselling was not correct or that the handling of your case was not satisfactory.
The letter of complaint should be send to Dansk Flygtningehjælp, Borgergade 10, 3. sal, 1300 København K or by email to
drc@drc.dk – subject: Complaint – au pair support.
The complaint will normally be handled by the head of department within 2 weeks, and you will receive a written answer.
